Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will replace the damaged item or component at no cost to you. Your experience matters, and product quality is important to us.

Returns

Because TumTum Tree Shop is a small business with handcrafted and small-batch products, we’re not able to offer free return shipping at this time.

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping costs.

Return requirements:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Packaging should be intact

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping

• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

If you’d like to exchange your item, we’re happy to help.
Shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
